Movingui body: Wood comes from West Africa. As with so many other lustrous yellow-colored woods, Movingui is frequently referred to as Satinwood. Its yellow color can be quite vibrant, while it can also have highly pronounced mottle figure, making it a favorite for veneering and applications used for accents in cabinetry, furniture, and flooring.
Walnut lid and legs. Walnut is a heavy and dense wood with silica in it that can make it difficult to saw and plane. But its texture is even and it can be polished to a high or lustrous sheen.
